- How value is set
- Valued on earnings: three years of returns and financial statements, then a quality-of-earnings review. Typically structured as an asset purchase.
- Applied toward
- Residential, commercial and investment construction: kitchens and renovations, tenant improvements, and ground-up residences and buildings. Most engagements combine the asset with cash.
- Title
- Owned outright, with clear and marketable title. The credit is written into the construction contract, and title transfers at signing.
