Sportfish: Viking, Hatteras, Bertram and Carolina custom builds
Put a sportfish yacht toward a renovation, a tenant improvement or a ground-up build.
Convertible and express sportfish from the major yards and the Carolina custom builders. A marine survey, engine survey and documented hours set the credit.
- What we look for
- Survey-ready, engine hours documented, South Florida–kept.
- How value is set
- Sold comparables and a marine survey with haul-out and sea trial.
- Applied toward
- Residential, commercial and investment construction: kitchens and renovations, tenant improvements, and ground-up residences and buildings. Most engagements combine the asset with cash.
- Title
- Owned outright, with clear and marketable title. The credit is written into the construction contract, and title transfers at signing.
