Sportsman Open 322 / 352
Put a Sportsman Open center console toward a renovation, a tenant improvement or a ground-up build.
Well-built offshore center consoles with a strong South Florida market. Late-model boats with documented outboard service trade best.
- What we look for
- Late-model, documented service, twin or triple outboards.
- How value is set
- Sold comparables and a marine survey with haul-out and sea trial.
- Applied toward
- Residential, commercial and investment construction: kitchens and renovations, tenant improvements, and ground-up residences and buildings. Most engagements combine the asset with cash.
- Title
- Owned outright, with clear and marketable title. The credit is written into the construction contract, and title transfers at signing.
